Do you ship to Austria?
Austria is charged at €6.90 and usually arrives within 2 to 3 working days.
Every reply names the page and quotes the sentence it came from. Your customer can check it in one glance. So can you.
Can I pay in 12 instalments?
If your pages do not support an answer, none is produced. It says so, takes the visitor’s email and hands the question to you.

It answers from text taken from your own pages, and it names the page under every answer. If a page of yours is out of date the answer will be too, which is the same risk that page already carries. When it cannot find enough on your website, it does not guess: it says so and asks the customer to contact your team.
Most bots answer everything, including things your site never said. Vektra only answers from your pages, quotes the sentence it used, and when it cannot verify an answer it hands the visitor to you and writes the question down. That list of what your website is missing is the part nobody else gives you.

Yes, if you can paste one line of HTML. WooCommerce, Shopify, Shopware, Magento, Webflow, Wix, TYPO3 and hand-built sites all work the same way, because we read your public pages rather than connecting to your shop. Product prices and stock are read from the product data your shop already publishes on its pages.
Your page content and the conversations are stored on servers inside the EU. We sign an Article 28 processor agreement before you go live and send the technical and organisational measures document with it. Your content is never used to train anything shared with another customer.
It replies in the language the visitor writes in, from pages written in yours. A Dutch customer can ask about a German product page and get a Dutch answer back.
